Happy Halloween all and welcome to a special edition of Fear Of Tomorrow. Choosing albums that make you think of horror, fear or just plain Halloween can be a daunting task. From Abigail to Don't Break The Oath, Walk Among Us to Pure Holocaust; the album all depends on the listener. For me I decided to do with fear and with that said Mayhem's debut album De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas barely needs an introduction. 

Fear Of Tomorrow: Morgoth - Cursed

It has been a long damned time since I have posted a new entry to Fear Of Tomorrow and it is high time I took the time to do this again. Since the last post I have taken on a new job and found my time slowly decreasing for writing as I have wanted to do something other than reviews for a while but the inevitable writer's block was there in full force. Alas the curse was lifted and it has enabled me to write about Cursed, the debut from German death metal band Morgoth; a band I became familiar with at 2012's Maryland Deathfest. 

Fear Of Tomorrow: Satan - Court In The Act

Welcome all to my column here at Brutalitopia; one that examines the roots of heavy metal and many bands that predate the ones of today with many different albums being covered and the roots of many a band being unveiled. The first edition of this column is dedicated to NWOBHM band Satan and their 1983 debut Court In The Act. This band had only released 2 albums prior to this year but has recently made some waves with their newest album  Life Sentence; a brand new LP chock full of what made and still makes Satan a viable member of this heavy metal community.
